Vector 2513LP is a 130-ton CNC press brake with a 2500 mm bending length, designed for high-volume sheet metal fabrication. The standard configuration features a Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system, the VECTOR Drive control system with a 15-inch touchscreen interface, and a high-speed back gauge. This combination ensures precise bending, consistent angle accuracy across the entire workpiece, fast setup changes, and reliable performance even in continuous multi-shift production.
Key Advantages:
- The German-engineered hydraulic system ensures precise, synchronized Y1-Y2 cylinder movement. You get a consistent angle across the full 2500 mm bend length, even under maximum load, without twisting.
- Automatic calculation of bend angle, tonnage, and bending sequence, plus a comprehensive tool library and 2D programming. The operator enters the part dimensions — the system handles the rest. This reduces the skill requirements for operators and virtually eliminates programming errors.
- X-axis positioning is among the fastest in its class. In a production environment, this reduces the non-productive time between bends and significantly increases overall output.
- The system automatically adjusts the compensation based on the applied tonnage. The bend angle remains uniform across the entire 2500 mm length, guaranteeing accuracy even in thick plates.
- Italian side linear guides ensure stable ram movement without play. The back gauge ballscrew and high-precision linear guides guarantee a positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm.
- Laser operator safety, a quick-release die clamping system, and a triac voltage stabilizer are all included. Start production immediately after commissioning.
Maximum thickness depends on bend length and tooling configuration. As a reference up to 6–8 mm across the full 2500 mm length.
Applications:
- Enclosure manufacturing. Electrical cabinets, control cabinets, distribution boxes. The press forms precise boxes, doors, and mounting panels from 1.5–3 mm steel.
- HVAC and ductwork. Air ducts, bends, diffusers. The machine bends 0.8–2 mm galvanized steel at high speed with clean, straight seams.
- Metal furniture. Frames for tables, cabinets, shelving, and lockers. Bending shelves, side panels, and back plates from cold-rolled steel.
- Lighting fixtures. Luminaire housings, reflectors, mounting plates. Consistent angles ensure uniform light distribution — the press delivers repeatability without manual adjustment.
- Signage and displays. Dimensional letters, light boxes, nameplates. Bending thin-gauge aluminum, stainless steel, and composite panels.
- General engineering. Brackets, mounting nodes, machinery guards. Working with structural steel up to 6–8 mm across the full length.
- Agricultural equipment. Body parts, hoppers, guards. Bending heavy-gauge sheet metal in production volumes.
