The Vector 2113F is a universal CNC router with a 2100×1300 mm working area, built for producing furniture fronts, wardrobe doors, children’s furniture components, large signage, and decorative panels. The format allows machining interior doors together with architraves, wardrobe fronts up to 2100 mm high, or two standard kitchen cabinet fronts side by side — without tiling. For signage production, the bed accommodates large PVC or acrylic signs whole, optimising your floor space and eliminating the cost of an oversized bed.

Key Advantages of the Vector 2113F:

  • The integrated air-cooling system needs no water pump, chiller, or additional plumbing. This reduces the number of serviceable components, simplifies startup, and eliminates the risk of freezing in unheated workshops. At 24,000 rpm, the spindle handles both tools up to 13 mm in diameter and fine engraving bits, while a built-in temperature sensor prevents overheating.
  • Ballscrews on all axes deliver minimal backlash on reversal and consistent repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. In practice, this means a hinge pocket or a dowel hole will be identical on the first and the hundredth part.
  • Control is handled from a dedicated handheld pendant — no external PC required. The job is loaded via USB flash drive, and the machine runs autonomously, reducing the risk of downtime from computer crashes or viruses and freeing the operator for other tasks. The controller reads G-code and drives the motors at a frequency that ensures smooth, jerk-free motion even on complex toolpaths.
  • The semi-automatic lubrication system does not need daily attention — just periodic oil level checks. It distributes oil evenly to the linear guides and ballscrews, preventing dry friction and premature mechanical wear under intensive use.
