Warranty and Service Terms

The Manufacturer establishes the following warranty and service terms for equipment supplied to the market. Use, purchase, or order of products confirms that the Buyer has read and accepted these terms.

General provisions

All equipment manufactured and supplied is covered by a 12-month warranty, and the frame is covered by a 120-month warranty.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of equipment sale. The sale date is the date of issuing transport documents and/or completing the warranty certificate.

Warranty obligations mean free repair of the equipment or its components within the warranty period, and if repair is impossible, replacement with equivalent equipment.

Warranty service conditions

Equipment is accepted for warranty repair only if properly completed documents are available:

  • the original warranty certificate with serial number, sale date, seller’s seal/stamp, and buyer’s signature;
  • documents confirming the purchase.

If warranty documents are absent, the equipment is accepted only for paid identification/examination.
The Buyer bears the cost of delivering equipment to the service center for warranty service.

Warranty limitations

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

It does not apply in the following cases:

  • absence of an industrial-grade voltage stabilizer when connecting the equipment;
  • unauthorized changes to the equipment design, circuit, or software;
  • damage caused by improper operation or violation of technical passport requirements;
  • repairs performed by unauthorized persons;
  • normal wear of parts and consumables, including belts, bearings, cutters, coatings, and similar items;
  • damage caused by transportation, loading/unloading, natural disasters, or force majeure circumstances;
  • absence of declared faults based on diagnostic results.

Legal basis

Warranty terms are defined by the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Articles 678-681 and 709-711.
Defects caused by the Buyer’s actions are not considered warranty cases.
