Vector™ CNC milling machines are designed for processing non-ferrous metals: aluminum, copper, brass, bronze. The design and technical specifications of each model are optimized for specific tasks and workpiece formats.
For processing aluminum profiles up to 3 meters in length, the specialized model Vector 3015FP is designed. It features a rack-and-pinion drive for high traverse speed on the Y-axis, a pneumatic clamping system, and a jig for quick profile fixing.
For processing sheet materials and solid workpieces, machines with a reinforced concrete bed are used. This design provides maximum vibration resistance and rigidity, which is critical for maintaining accuracy during intensive milling.
The technical equipment of standard models (4 kW spindle, linear guideways, ball screws) for workshops and production facilities where optimal size-to-power ratio is key provides the power and precision for most metalworking tasks.
For working with small parts or in limited spaces, the Vector 0906FM (900×600 mm) model combines compactness with the full functionality of industrial equipment.
For drilling large-diameter holes in metal pipes, profiles, and solid workpieces on an industrial scale, special Vector™ drill-mill machines are designed. Their main feature is a concrete-reinforced bed to withstand significantly higher torques and axial loads that occur during large-diameter drilling operations.
