Vector™ thermoforming vacuum presses are equipment for finishing panel materials and 3D shaping of acrylic stone.

The catalog includes models for various production tasks:

  • For laminating MDF fronts with PVC, PET films, or natural veneer. The vertical thermal module with quartz heaters ensures uniform heating and cycle times from 1.5 minutes.

  • A press with an extended working area of 2900×1250 mm for large-format parts. Equipped with a silicone membrane for deep routing and complex 3D profiles.

Design features:
All models are built on an all-steel welded frame with body insulation, minimizing heat loss and reducing energy consumption in serial operation. The pneumatic system with Italian Camozzi cylinders provides stable clamping force regardless of cycle count. The Delta control unit with a 7-inch touchscreen allows saving setting profiles for different film and material types, eliminating human error during changeovers.

Choosing a specific model depends on:

  • Maximum part dimensions and material type (MDF, acrylic stone, particleboard).

  • Need to work with deep routing and complex profiles (membrane technology).

  • Required throughput and ability to pre-load material outside the press.
