Equipment Delivery Terms

We aim to provide fast, reliable, and safe delivery of your equipment.

 

Delivery options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  1. Transport companies: Nova Poshta cargo branches, SAT, Delivery, or another carrier agreed with the customer.
  2. Self-pickup is available from the production warehouse at: Zhytomyr district, Kamianka village, 31 Vasina St. The pickup date and time must be agreed in advance.
  3. Specialized delivery: for oversized and heavy equipment, delivery by dedicated freight transport directly to the installation site can be arranged.

 

Delivery geography

Ukraine. Delivery is carried out to all regions where the selected transport companies operate and where there are no direct transportation restrictions, excluding temporarily occupied territories and active combat zones.

 

Delivery timing and approval procedure

Manufacturing and readiness terms.
Since most equipment is manufactured or assembled to order, the lead time is 45 to 80 business days, depending on machine complexity, from receipt of the prepayment.

 

Delivery policy:

  • Date of equipment acceptance at our production site.
  • Shipment date: the exact date of handover to the carrier or Buyer’s representative in case of self-pickup must be agreed in advance between the Manufacturer and the Buyer.
  • Mandatory shipment condition (Power of Attorney): handover of equipment to a driver/forwarder appointed by the Buyer is carried out only after the Manufacturer receives a properly executed Power of Attorney for the representative who will receive the equipment.
  • Power of Attorney content requirements: the document must contain the following mandatory information:

1) Principal: full name and details of the Buyer.
2) Representative: full name of the driver/forwarder receiving the equipment.
3) Issuer/recipient party: full name of the Manufacturer/Seller.
4) Equipment to be collected: exact name and quantity of equipment according to the issued invoice or contract.
5) Date of issue and validity period of the Power of Attorney.

  • Certification and transfer: the document must be certified by the Buyer’s director signature and seal, if available.
  • Sending procedure: to ensure prompt shipment, the Buyer must send a scanned copy of the Power of Attorney to the Manufacturer’s email, and send the original document by postal or courier service for accounting records.
  • Carrier service fees are usually paid by the customer, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  • Equipment is shipped within 1-3 business days after full payment and final logistics approval.

 

Customer obligations upon receipt

  1. The customer must inspect the equipment for transportation damage, including dents, torn packaging, or deformation, directly in the presence of the carrier or courier.
  2. If damage is detected, a Damage Report must be prepared immediately together with the transport company representative. Without such a report, claims for damage incurred during transportation are not accepted.
