CO2 laser machines Vector™ are a solution for businesses working with sheet materials that require high precision, stable results and consistent productivity. The laser beam, generated in the CO2 tube, focuses on the material surface. Thermal energy locally heats and vaporizes the material at the point of contact. This method eliminates any mechanical impact on the workpiece, making it possible to process even fragile materials without risk of chipping or deformation.

What materials can be processed?

  • Wood and derivatives: plywood, MDF, particle board, OSB, veneer, solid wood.
  • Plastics: acrylic (PMMA), polystyrene, sheet PVC, polypropylene.
  • Textile and leather: natural and synthetic leather, fabrics, felt, canvas.
  • Rubber: sheet rubber, gaskets, seals.
  • Brittle materials: glass, mirrors, stone, ceramic tile (engraving).
  • Paper and cardboard: corrugated cardboard, designer paper, packaging.

Important: CO2 lasers are not designed for metal processing (limited engraving of metals with matte coatings is possible). Fiber laser machines are used for metalworking.
