The Vector 3121F is a CNC router designed around the standard sheet material formats used in furniture and signage production.
The 3100×2100 mm work area processes a full sheet of MDF or plywood with a 150 mm margin on each side for positioning. That means no pre-cutting, no joining of workpieces, and significantly less waste.
Countertops and sliding-wardrobe fronts can be produced up to 3100 mm in length without joining. For signage production, standard acrylic, PVC, or polycarbonate sheets measure 3050×2050 mm — the Vector 3121F covers this format perfectly.
This machine covers 95% of furniture and signage production needs.
Key Advantages of the Vector 3121F:
- Unlike the ballscrews used on smaller machines, this model uses a helical rack-and-pinion drive. The rack delivers stable accuracy and speed along the full travel length. A ballscrew of this length would need a very large diameter, multiplying the machine cost several times over.
- The semi-automatic lubrication system, included as standard, distributes oil evenly to the guides and rack without daily operator attention — just periodic oil level checks. This prevents premature mechanical wear under intensive operation.
- The VECTOR Drive control system is a hardware and software platform for VECTOR machines, built on an industrial CNC controller. Depending on the equipment model and configuration, controllers from various manufacturers may be used, integrated, localized, and optimized by VECTOR engineers.
Applications:
- Cutting and machining of sheet materials (plywood, particle board, laminated chipboard, PVC, acrylic)
- Production of furniture panels, countertops, door blanks
- Architectural panels, signage, interior elements
- Signage structures and exhibition equipment
