The Vector 6020F is a CNC router for processing sheet materials up to 6 meters in length. Most CNC routers work with a standard 2800×2070 mm sheet. But in the production of greenhouses, canopies, facade panels, and large signage structures, sheets of another format are used — up to 6 meters long. The Vector 6020F was created specifically for such tasks.
The 6000×2000 mm work area processes a 6-meter sheet of polycarbonate, composite panel, or wood-based board in one piece — no pre-cutting, no joining. This dramatically reduces preparation time and eliminates the errors that inevitably arise when assembling parts from multiple pieces.
When you cut a 6-meter sheet on a smaller machine, you have to split it into sections, machine each one separately, and then join them. That means time, the risk of dimensional mismatch, and extra waste. The Vector 6020F solves this problem: one sheet, one setup, one finished part.
Key Advantages of the Vector 6020F:
-
The foundation of every Vector machine is a fully welded steel frame. Immediately after welding, each frame undergoes a mandatory, extended process of technological aging and resting, which completely relieves internal metal stress. This guarantees that the finished structure will never deform under its own weight or environmental influence.
Only after this stabilization does the frame go to final machining, where the mounting surfaces for the guide rails are milled in a single setup. This approach delivers flawless machine geometry, completely eliminates vibration, and ensures accurate repeat positioning along the full length of the work area.
-
For a field of this length, the rack-and-pinion drive provides stable accuracy and speed along the entire travel. A ballscrew of this length would need to be very large in diameter, multiplying the machine cost several times over.
-
The semi-automatic lubrication system distributes oil evenly to the guides and rack without daily operator attention — just periodic oil level checks.
-
The VECTOR Drive control system is a hardware and software platform for VECTOR machines, built on an industrial CNC controller. Depending on the equipment model and configuration, controllers from various manufacturers may be used, integrated, localized, and optimized by engineers.
Applications:
- Cutting polycarbonate for greenhouses, canopies, partitions
- Processing of composite panels for facades and signage
- Production of furniture panels, countertops, door blanks
- Creation of signage structures and architectural elements
