The Vector 2520FK 4-axis is a multi-axis industrial CNC complex in a heavy-duty configuration, specialized for complex architectural, interior, and sculptural work in natural and engineered stone. The extended 350 mm Z-axis travel, integrated rotary axis, and spindle tilt system turn this machine into a full machining center for producing volumetric 3D pieces: balusters, vases, columns, exclusive sinks, bas-reliefs, and elements of high-end memorial architecture.

  • With a controlled spindle tilt range of 180° and a powerful rotary A-axis, the machine processes stone in multiple planes simultaneously. This enables complex internal undercuts, profiled radii, and volumetric sculptural carving.
  • To ensure maximum dynamics and instant response from the heavy assembly, motion transmission on all axes is based on high-precision helical racks. The system is built for constant reversing loads during layer-by-layer 3D routing.

  • The polyurethane table surface resists moisture and slurry, cushions impacts during stone loading, and reliably protects the underside of the slab from scratches and chips.
  • The VECTOR Drive control platform is a hardware and software platform for VECTOR machines, built on an industrial CNC controller. Depending on the equipment model and configuration, controllers from various manufacturers may be used, integrated, localized, and optimized by engineers.
