The Vector 3416FC is professional equipment that combines a 5.5 kW milling system and a 7.5 kW saw unit with full 360° rotation in a single system. The machine provides a closed production cycle — from cutting large slabs to detailed 2D and 3D routing without the need to reposition the material.
First, the saw unit cuts a full stone slab into blanks of the required size. Then the milling system takes over, performing finishing operations: slot cutting, niche milling, chamfer forming, and 3D routing. All operations are performed on a single table, without moving the workpiece to other equipment. This shortens the production cycle, reduces the number of manipulations with heavy slabs, and lowers the risk of damaging expensive material.
Key Features of the Vector 3416FC:
- The 400 mm blade can rotate 360° and tilt 90°. This allows cuts at any angle without manually repositioning the workpiece. For stone processing, this means slab cutting, angled cutting for façade panels, and forming complex geometric elements.
- The water-cooled spindle with an ER25 collet supports tools up to 16 mm in diameter. This allows both heavy material removal and fine finishing with small tools. A built-in thermal sensor protects the spindle from overheating.
- The 3400×1600 mm work area accepts large stone slabs without pre-cutting. The rack-and-pinion drive delivers rapid traverse speeds up to 12 m/min — critical for positioning the saw unit across a large table.
- The approximately 5000 kg mass provides maximum rigidity and vibration damping when working with hard stone. For combined sawing and milling, this is especially important: each operation places its own load on the structure.
- The wooden beam surface serves two purposes: it cushions the placement of a heavy slab and protects the underside of the stone from contact with metal and scratches.
