The Vector 1309COL is an enclosed CO2 laser system with a 1300×900 mm work area for cutting and engraving non-metallic materials. A RECI W2 90W tube, CW-5000 chiller, exhaust fan, and air compressor come as standard — a complete, ready-to-run production setup with no hidden extras to purchase.

Key Advantages of the Vector 1309COL:

  • The 1300×900 mm work area handles most standard sheet materials without pre-cutting. Compared to the smaller 0906COL (600×900 mm), you get twice the usable space. That means fewer reloading cycles, less tiling of workpieces, and more finished parts per shift.
  • The W2-series tube delivers a stable 90W output with a service life of up to 8,000 hours. This is enough to cut plywood up to 10 mm and acrylic up to 8 mm with confidence, and to engrave across the full range of materials. If your workflow doesn’t require cutting 20 mm acrylic sheets, you’re not overpaying for surplus power.
  • Unlike the passive CW-3000 radiators competitors often bundle in this segment, the CW-5000 uses a refrigeration compressor. It maintains a stable coolant temperature regardless of workload or ambient shop conditions. The built-in Flow Alarm sensor prevents the laser from firing if circulation is interrupted — the tube is protected from overheating.
  • An 800 m³/h exhaust fan and a 160W air compressor are included as standard. You won’t need to source these components separately. The machine is production-ready straight after connection.
  • Ruida controller with LightBurn support. LightBurn is the current standard CO2 laser software, supporting both vector and raster modes. Files load via USB or Ethernet and store in 128 MB of onboard memory — the machine can run standalone, with no permanent computer connection required.

The base configuration includes everything needed to get started. Additional options are available to expand capabilities. The machine price depends on selected options, allowing budget optimization for your actual production needs.

Applications:

  • Signage and advertising: acrylic signs, nameplates, POS materials
  • Gift and promotional products: engraving on glass, wood, stone, leather
  • Furniture production: decorative engraving on cabinet fronts, cutting thin plywood
  • Light industry: fabric, leather, and PVC cutting
  • Starting a new business or expanding an existing workshop
