The Vector 020015JE is a compact, specialized CNC machine with an integrated rotary axis, designed exclusively for high-precision 3D milling of jewelry and modeling wax. The 200×150×200 mm working area is optimized for creating detailed master models of rings, pendants, earrings, crosses, and other complex-shaped elements for subsequent jewelry casting.
The key advantage of this model is the combination of ultra-high micro-motor speeds, backlash-free ball screw kinematics, and a heavy vibration-free frame. This forms a closed-loop system capable of reproducing microscopic relief, delicate ornaments, and bezels without material chipping. The machine is designed to work with all types of specialized jewelry wax blanks. Ultra-high machining accuracy allows the jeweler to obtain a finished prototype model that requires no lengthy manual finishing before investment casting.
Technical Advantages and Features:
- Motion along the X, Y, Z axes is implemented using precision ball screws with stepper motors. This delivers ±0.06 mm positioning repeatability — the accuracy required to reproduce intricate filigree structures, textures, and sharp edges.
