The Vector T-Center is a benchtop CNC turning center built for training, prototyping, and small part production. It is engineered to meet the specific demands of Ukrainian manufacturing and educational institutions. The machine requires no specially equipped workshop and is ready for operation immediately after setup.
Key Advantages of the Vector T-center:
- The VECTOR Drive control system, with a 15-inch touchscreen, provides intuitive programming, convenient machine control, and supports program loading via USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi. The platform is built around an industrial CNC controller and optimized by VECTOR engineers for reliable equipment operation.
- The six-station turret changes tools automatically according to the control program — no manual operator intervention is needed. First, a turning tool engages for external roughing, then the controller indexes the turret, and the next operation — drilling a center hole or threading — follows. All transitions take place within a single cycle, without stopping the spindle or repositioning the workpiece. The result is a finished part in minutes, not half an hour of manual work. This workflow allows a student or operator to master a real production process: write a program, set up the tool, run the cycle, and see the result. It is not a simulation — it is actual machining on a professional-grade controller.
- The 1 kW spindle reaches speeds up to 3,000 rpm. This is sufficient for confident machining of brass, plastic, and machinable wax. The manual chuck securely holds the workpiece. Weighing approximately 130 kg, the machine needs no foundation or specially equipped workshop — a flat benchtop surface is all that is required.
