The Vector 2613VP is an engineering solution for companies working with sheet and film materials. The thermo-vacuum press provides a full thermoforming cycle: from PVC film lamination of furniture fronts to acrylic stone bending. The 2580×1280 mm work area is optimized for standard sheet materials in the 2500×1250 mm format, allowing maximum use of the workpiece area without waste.
Design and Technological Capabilities:
- The design uses multiple interchangeable frames that are loaded with material outside the press. Frame change takes just seconds, allowing rapid transition from PVC film lamination to MDF forming or acrylic stone work without stopping production. This increases productivity by up to 30% compared to presses without interchangeable frames.
- The thermal module is equipped with 600 W KGT quartz thermal emitters (total power 21.6 kW) with ceramic insulators. This configuration provides uniform heating of the entire workpiece surface simultaneously — critical for quality wrapping of complex reliefs and deep milled profiles. Unlike convection systems, quartz heating reduces cycle time to 1.5–3 minutes depending on the material.
- The lifting mechanism of the draping table and the opening of the thermal module operate on Camozzi pneumatic cylinders (Italy). The system’s 6 atm working pressure guarantees stable clamping force throughout the entire service life. Italian pneumatic cylinders are rated for at least 2 million cycles without loss of sealing, ensuring trouble-free operation even in a two-shift schedule.
- Thoughtful housing thermal insulation minimizes heat loss to the environment. This provides two practical benefits: reduced energy consumption for maintaining working temperature, especially in series production when the press runs for hours without stopping; and absence of temperature fluctuations in the work zone due to external factors (drafts, shop temperature changes), guaranteeing consistent cladding quality for every part.
- The Sipin digital unit allows precise control of thermal emitter power depending on the material type: for heat-sensitive PVC films (super gloss), power is reduced to avoid burning and loss of shine; for acrylic stone (up to 180–200°C), power is increased for fast, deep heating of thick sheets.
- The Delta control unit with a 7″ touchscreen maintains the set vacuum level, activating the pump only when pressure drops below the threshold, automatically maintains the set temperature, and stores settings profiles. Switching between modes takes 5 seconds — the operator does not need to enter parameters manually each time, eliminating human error.
- In furniture and stone product manufacturing, the main productivity losses come from inter-cycle downtime, lengthy equipment changeover, and unstable processing quality. The press’s primary function: reducing non-productive time and delivering controlled results.
Applications:
- Lamination and veneering of furniture fronts with PVC, PET films, and natural veneer
- Heating and 3D forming of engineered (acrylic) stone sheets for countertops, sinks, and curved elements
- Thermo-vacuum forming of sheet and film products
- Creation of sandwich panels (bonding of multilayer structures)
- Plastic cladding
- Production of kitchen fronts, including Gola integrated handle fronts, with the Pressure+ option installed
- Manufacturing of acrylic stone countertops and windowsills
- Furniture production (case goods and upholstered furniture)
- Production of doors and decorative interior elements
- Advertising and souvenir products
The Vector 2613VP is engineering precision that stabilizes production. Minimal downtime, elimination of human error during changeover, and an energy-efficient design ensure rapid return on investment and predictable quality for every part.
