CNC Press Brakes Vector

A run of 1000 enclosures, and every one is identical to the first. Complex boxes, return-flange panels, custom profiles — the jobs where ordinary press brakes hit their limits. Vector™ turns these into standard operations: the machine calculates the angle, tonnage, and sequence automatically, and every bend remains an exact copy of the last. Scale your production without adding resources or sacrificing quality.

A CNC press brake handles the decisive step in metal fabrication: forming enclosures, panels, brackets, and profiles with guaranteed repeatability. This is where it’s decided whether holes line up between mating parts, whether an electrical cabinet is truly sealed, and whether a door sits flush. Vector machines automate this process, removing the need for the operator to manually calculate tonnage and sequence.

What a CNC press brake accomplishes:

  • Batch production of identical parts. The program lives in the controller’s memory. The operator calls it up — the brake reproduces the entire bend sequence with certified accuracy. Changeover time between batches drops to minutes.
  • Complex part geometries. Four controlled axes (Y1, Y2, X, R) form boxes, return-flange panels, and multi-angle parts. Mechanical crowning keeps the bend angle consistent along the full length, even under maximum load.
  • Heavy-gauge capability. Tonnage ranges from 100 to 300+ tons, depending on the model. This isn’t an abstract number, it’s the ability to bend carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium in the thicknesses your production actually requires, from electrical cabinets to agricultural structural parts. Material thickness is always defined by the “tonnage — bend length — material” relationship, and we help configure the right combination.

Vector technology

Every press brake is configured to match both the task and the budget. A machine may ship with Bosch Rexroth hydraulics, Italian linear guides, Schneider electrics, and more. At the same time, we consistently invest in local manufacturing and use Ukrainian components wherever they deliver equivalent quality and give us better control. That’s how we keep pricing honest.

Controller with a 15-inch touchscreen. 2D programming, automatic calculation of bend angle, tonnage, and sequence, plus a built-in tool library. A modern interface that an operator learns in days, not weeks.

Complete package, warranty, and support. Laser operator safety, quick-release die clamping, and a triac voltage stabiliser are all standard. Production starts immediately after commissioning.

How to choose the right press brake for your shop:

  1. What parts are you making? (dimensions, material thickness, profile complexity)
  2. What is your batch size? (one-offs, small series, volume production)
  3. What is your budget and required level of automation?

Our engineers will analyse your process and propose a configuration that matches it exactly — no overpriced features you’ll never use. Call or leave an enquiry, and we will work out the right solution.
