• Rigidity and geometry. All-steel welded bed, milled in a single pass using Vector’s proprietary technology, eliminates internal stress and vibrations. This is the basis for ±0.05 mm accuracy and long-term durability under intensive loads.

• Precision kinematics. Combination of ball screws or helical racks with 20 mm linear guideways ensures smooth motion, minimal backlash, and stable positioning across the entire working area.

• Productive tooling. Spindles from 2.2 to 9 kW with air or water cooling and 0–24,000 rpm speed range allow optimal processing of various materials — from softwood to engineering plastics and carbon fiber.

• Process automation. Models with vacuum tables provide reliable sheet material clamping without mechanical clamps. Automatic tool change (ATC) systems perform multi-step cycles without operator intervention, minimizing downtime.

• Scalability. The range covers working areas from 900×600 mm to 6000×2000 mm, as well as 4- and 5-axis configurations for machining complex 3D parts from five sides in a single setup.
