The Vector 4020F CNC router is a professional solution for companies working with sheet materials in standard industrial formats. Technical Features and Advantages:

• The 4000×2000 mm work area efficiently handles most standard sheet material formats, including plywood, particle board, PVC, and acrylic. This enables rational part placement on the sheet and minimal material loss.
• The 3.2 kW water-cooled spindle provides stable performance during long production cycles. This is especially important when working with dense materials and performing deep routing operations. The built-in thermal protection sensor automatically shuts down the spindle at critical temperatures, preventing winding damage.
• For a 4000 mm field, a helical rack-and-pinion drive is used on the X and Y axes, combined with a ballscrew on the Z axis. The rack delivers stable accuracy and speed along the full travel length. A ballscrew of this length would need to be very large in diameter, multiplying the machine cost several times over.
• Reinforced construction: the rigid frame, built using Vector’s own technology with single-setup machining, provides the necessary rigidity for working with large-format workpieces. This eliminates vibration, ensures consistent machining quality, and maintains long-term geometric accuracy.
• The semi-automatic lubrication system distributes oil evenly to the guides and rack without daily operator attention — just periodic oil level checks.
