The VECTOR 2025.4FV is a CNC router with a vacuum table, designed for series machining of wood, MDF, plywood, plastics, and composite materials. The 2500×2000 mm work area and equipment configuration allow working with sheet stock and simultaneously machining several identical parts in a single cycle.
This is the flagship model of the lineup, featuring four spindles on a single gantry and a polymer-concrete reinforced welded frame, built for stable operation under intensive production loads.
Key Features of the VECTOR 2025.4FV:
- Four Teknomotor spindles, each rated at 4.5 kW, operate synchronously along a single toolpath, enabling simultaneous machining of up to four identical workpieces. Each spindle has its own VFD, so it can be switched on or off independently depending on the number of workpieces in production.
- The vacuum table provides uniform workpiece hold-down across the working surface without mechanical clamps. Zoning allows the vacuum hold-down area to be adapted to the workpiece size — especially useful when machining small parts, particularly from composite materials.
- The polymer-concrete reinforced frame is a fully welded steel structure filled with polymer concrete to effectively damp vibrations and maintain geometric stability under load. For a machine with four spindles and a 2500×2000 mm work area, base rigidity is critical: as the mass of moving components increases, so do the demands on structural stiffness. The frame is machined in a single setup, ensuring a precise plane for mounting the guide rails.
- Servo motors with feedback provide controlled axis movement and precise execution of programmed toolpaths. Motion on the X and Y axes is transmitted through precision helical racks, the Z axis uses a ballscrew, and all axes travel on linear guides. This kinematic scheme delivers smooth, fast movement, accurate positioning, and consistent repeatability in series production.
- The semi-automatic lubrication system supplies oil to the main mechanical components and simplifies routine machine maintenance.
- The VECTOR Drive control system is an engineering platform that provides hardware integration, safety, and protection for the machine’s working components. Direct equipment control is handled by licensed industrial CNC controllers from leading global manufacturers. Engineers select control electronics individually to match the customer’s tasks and the dynamic characteristics of the machine, simplifying integration into production and making operator work easier.
