The Vector 1510FK is a CNC router specialized for machining engineered and natural stone, acrylic materials, and mineral composites. The 1500×1000 mm work area enables efficient production of kitchen countertops, windowsills, decorative bas-reliefs, interior elements, and monuments from granite, marble, quartz agglomerate, travertine, and acrylic stone.

Key Features of the Vector 1510FK:

• The fully welded steel frame is machined in a single setup, guaranteeing a perfectly flat table surface. Precision ballscrews on all axes combined with linear guides deliver repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.05 mm and smooth tool feed.
• Coolant is delivered directly to the machining zone, protecting the diamond tooling from overheating and flushing away fine slurry. A dedicated tray collects machining waste, while sealed bellow covers on the linear guides and ballscrews completely isolate moving components from the aggressive wet environment and abrasive particles.
• The industrial 3.2 kW liquid-cooled spindle operates at speeds up to 24,000 rpm, supporting optimal cutting conditions for both heavy stone material removal with large-diameter tools and delicate artistic engraving. A built-in thermal sensor eliminates the risk of overheating during long cycles.
• Machine control is handled by VECTOR Drive — a hardware and software platform built on proven industrial CNC controllers from leading global manufacturers.
