A professional solution for the production of large-format stone products. The Vector 1810FK, with a machining zone of 1800×1000×250 mm, is purpose-built for producing full-size monuments, massive architectural elements, and monolithic countertops from granite, marble, travertine, and quartz agglomerate.

Key Features of the Vector 1810FK:

  • The fully welded steel frame, weighing approximately 680 kg, is machined in a single setup. This guarantees a perfectly flat table surface and stable geometry under load. This mass is an engineering necessity for damping the vibrations that occur when machining hard stone across a large surface area.
  • Kinematics built for heavy-duty work. Motion on all axes is driven by ballscrews and linear guideways. The 20 mm Z-axis guides provide increased resistance to bending loads — critical when working with diamond tooling. Repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm is achieved through a combination of factors: a rigid frame, precision kinematics, the control system, and reliable workpiece clamping.
  • The 3.2 kW water-cooled spindle operates at speeds up to 24,000 rpm. This allows both heavy material removal with large-diameter tools and fine finishing with small tools for precise contours and lettering. A built-in thermal sensor monitors temperature and prevents overheating during long cycles.
  • The VECTOR Drive control system is a hardware and software platform for VECTOR machines, built on an industrial CNC controller. Depending on the equipment model and configuration, controllers from various manufacturers may be used, integrated, localized, and optimized by VECTOR engineers.
  • The semi-automatic lubrication system with a manual plunger allows the operator to deliver oil to the linear guides and ballscrew nuts with a few presses. It is a simple, reliable mechanism that does not depend on electrical power and gives full control over lubrication according to the maintenance schedule. For stone machining, this is especially important, as fine slurry and water form an aggressive environment for mechanical components.

Applications:

  • Production of full-size vertical monuments and headstones
  • Routing of monolithic countertops, windowsills, and stair treads
  • Creation of architectural elements: columns, cornices, balustrades
  • Machining of acrylic stone for sink production
  • Artistic engraving and complex pattern work

The Vector 1810FK combines proven technical solutions with a specialized 1800×1000 mm work area. This configuration is designed for manufacturers working with large-format monolithic stone blanks — from vertical monuments to solid countertops and architectural elements.
