The Vector 2515FK is a CNC router whose parameters cover more than 90% of the needs of stone workshops. It is designed for producing popular double and family arches, memorial plaques, kitchen countertops, and windowsills from natural stone — granite, marble, and gabbro.

Technical Features of the Equipment:

  • Natural stone is cut into blocks and slabs, with lengths often reaching up to 2.5 meters. The 2500×1500 mm work area of the machine allows such workpieces to be processed whole — without additional cutting, joints, or bonding.
  • Stone is a heavy material that offers tremendous cutting resistance. The frame of Vector machines is welded from thick-walled structural steel, undergoes stress-relieving, and is machined in a single setup. This ensures a perfectly flat table surface, effective vibration damping, and consistent geometry under load. The machine’s weight (approximately 1100 kg) is an optimal balance between equipment compactness and its ability to neutralize resonances when machining hard granite.
  • Stone is often machined at reduced speeds to prevent diamond tooling from overheating. The fully sealed water-cooled spindle operates via a pump or chiller, maintaining a stable low motor temperature regardless of shaft rotation speed, while a built-in thermal sensor provides additional overheat protection.
  • The 3.2 kW spindle delivers high torque, allowing confident work with large-diameter diamond tools (with shanks up to 13 mm) when cutting slots, milling niches in countertops, or producing complex chamfers.
  • Coolant is delivered directly to the cutting zone, removing heat and flushing away stone dust. A dedicated tray collects machining waste and slurry, while tight bellow covers on the guides reliably isolate the precision mechanics and ballscrews from the wet abrasive environment.
  • The VECTOR Drive hardware and software platform is built on an industrial CNC controller. Depending on the tasks and configuration, machines use reliable controllers from leading manufacturers, integrated, localized, and optimized by company engineers for maximum accuracy and operator convenience.

Applications:

  • Double and family arches, memorial plaques, monuments
  • Monolithic kitchen countertops and windowsills
  • Bar tops and reception desks up to 2500 mm long
  • Slot cutting, niche milling, chamfering
  • Solid columns, cornices, balustrades
