The Vector 1610COL is an enclosed CO2 laser system for batch cutting and engraving in a continuous production environment. The 1600×1000 mm working area and ballscrew drive on the Y-axis deliver kinematics engineered for consistent geometric repeatability throughout an entire shift — regardless of cycle count or workpiece position on the bed.

Key Advantages of the Vector 1610COL:

  • Unlike the belt drive found on smaller models, the ballscrew provides minimal backlash on reversal and high kinematic rigidity during gantry travel. Repeat positioning accuracy remains stable regardless of the processing location on the bed. For batch production of furniture fronts or signage, this means perfect part-to-part alignment in assembly.
  • Autofocus. The head adapts automatically when switching between materials or workpiece thicknesses. This reduces setup time between batches and eliminates the manual focusing error that can ruin the edge on an expensive acrylic sheet.
  • Reci W4 tube and CW-5200 chiller — consistent output throughout the shift. The Flow Alarm sensor monitors coolant circulation in real time and halts the laser on deviation. The Reci W4 tube, rated for up to 10,000 hours, operates in a stable thermal regime. Output does not degrade even under maximum load.
  • The exhaust system is sized for the 1600×1000 mm enclosed work area: smoke and combustion byproducts are fully removed without accumulation in the chamber during continuous operation.
  • The honeycomb table minimises beam reflection when cutting thin materials. The slat table provides point contact and a rigid base for heavier workpieces, reducing contamination on the reverse side of the product.
  • The machine runs autonomously: files are loaded via USB or Ethernet and stored in the 128 MB internal memory. LightBurn compatibility allows the use of modern software with no additional staff training required.

The machine is available with extended options for specific production requirements.
