The Vector 1510COL is a professional enclosed CO2 laser system for high-precision cutting and engraving of sheet-form non-metallic materials. The working area accommodates most standard sheet material sizes, making it the primary tool for scaling up souvenir, furniture, and signage production.

Key Advantages of the Vector 1510COL:

  • The enclosed frame serves two purposes: operator safety and geometric stability. Laser radiation and smoke are fully contained within the chamber. The Interlock safety system guarantees instant tube shutoff when the lid is opened. The rigid chassis prevents micro-deformation during extended continuous operation cycles.
  • The machine is available with a honeycomb or slat (lamella) table. The honeycomb table is essential for thin, delicate materials — textiles, paper, films, thin plywood. The slat table is designed for heavy workpieces: thick acrylic, solid wood, PVC. It minimises contact area with the underside of the material, reduces stray beam reflection, and prevents burn marks on the reverse side of the workpiece.
  • A minimum character size of 1×1 mm is achieved through the 25 mm short-focal-length lens. This means you can confidently handle jobs requiring high detail: fine text, complex logos, barcodes, decorative elements. Repeatable positioning accuracy allows production of multi-part assemblies with guaranteed dimensional consistency from the first piece to the last in a series.
  • Linear rail guides with bearing blocks provide rigidity and trajectory stability for the laser head. This is especially critical during prolonged intensive operation: the risk of play or vibration is minimal, and cutting geometry remains consistent throughout the entire shift.
  • The timing belt drive paired with NEMA 34 stepper motors on the gantry and NEMA 23 on the X-axis delivers smooth motion without jerking or slipping. The system maintains the necessary torque and dynamics, allowing rapid response to sudden trajectory changes without accuracy loss — essential for high-speed engraving of fine details.
  • The industrial controller handles trajectory processing and ensures stable, glitch-free operation. Internal memory allows file storage and standalone work without a permanent computer connection. Native compatibility with LightBurn and RDWorks means you can use industry-standard software with no additional staff training required.

The base configuration includes everything needed to start production. Additional options are available to expand capabilities.
