Vector™ develops and manufactures industrial CNC plasma cutting machines — the engineering foundation for automating the cutting of sheet metal, pipes, and profiles. Our equipment is designed for tasks where the result is measured in contour accuracy, process stability, and cost efficiency.
Vector™ machines are a modular system. You build the configuration according to your specific needs by combining:
- Working area size (from 2000×1000 mm to 6000×2000 mm).
- Plasma power source (from 100 A to 200 A).
- Optional systems to increase productivity and component life.
This approach allows you to obtain an optimized solution — from a compact workshop platform to an integrated system for 24/7 production.
Key characteristics and advantages built into the base design:
- Heavy-duty welded steel frame, machined in a single setup, provides ideal geometry and increased rigidity. This is the foundation for positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm and long-term durability under load.
- Rack and pinion drive with planetary gearboxes and Nema34 stepper motors ensures stable speeds up to 30 m/min and consistent positioning repeatability across the entire working area.
- Industrial-grade controller replaces an external PC, delivering deterministic real-time operation, resistance to workshop conditions, and simplified control.
Workshop-ready features (standard configuration):
- Water table: suppresses dust and slag, reduces emissions, and protects the mechanics.
- Work area lighting: provides clear visual control of the cutting process.
- THC (Torch Height Control) system: automatically maintains the optimal plasma torch height for consistent cut quality.
Three main criteria for configuration selection:
- Task profile: material (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and maximum cutting thickness.
- Workpiece format: maximum sheet size or the need to process pipes and profiles.
- Production intensity: serial manufacturing with high demands on durability or workshop-mode operation.
